Shipping & Delivery
Orders are checked for stock availability at the time they are placed. Where there may be any potential delays to orders, we will provide updates accordingly. Should we be unable to deliver, we will let you know by email or by phone.
Please take into consideration that all packages must be signed for when filling out a delivery address; our couriers may charge for repeat delivery attempts if no one is available.
European Trade Requirements
To ensure a smooth transition of your goods through customs we will request that you provide an EORI number and confirm our incoterms at checkout.
EORI Number
Your Economic Operators Registration and Identification number (EORI) is a required by customs to track the movement of goods between the European Union and the United Kingdom. Please be advised that we will ask you for your company EORI at checkout. For more information, please refer to the customs administration of your resident country.
Although part of the UK, orders to Northern Ireland will also require an EORI number. This number will begin with ‘XI’, however, if you hold an EORI number from another EU country, an XI EORI number will not be required.
Incoterm Agreement
Incoterms are globally recognised conditions which govern the sale and purchase of goods between Harrison (the seller) and our European Customers (the buyer). Incoterms determine the roles, responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities placed upon each party involved in the transaction.
The Incoterm agreed with sellers will dictate which party is responsible for:
• Paying for the transport of goods
• Organising export and import formalities including the payment of any duty and VAT
The incoterms we offer vary based on delivery location (see below for more information).
• DAP (Delivery At Place). Therefore, Harrison will process the Export Customs Declaration and pay for transportation and storage. You (the customer) will process the Import Customs Declaration and pay import VAT and import duties; your delivery country may charge a customs clearing fee for administration, this normally ranges from €10 – €20 depending on the country
• DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Therefore, Harrison will cover any customs administration and duty fees, alongside overseeing the customs clearance process. VAT will be based on delivery location.
• EXW (Ex Works). The buyer of the goods will organise and pay for the shipping of the goods. The buyer will cover all customs administration and duty fees, alongside overseeing the customs clearance process.
Republic of Ireland, Spain & Netherlands
All deliveries being sent to the Republic of Ireland, Spain & Netherlands will be sent by Delivery Duty Paid Incoterms, which means that we’ll cover any customs administration and duty fees, alongside overseeing the customs clearance process.
You may still be contacted by DHL during the customs process. If this happens, please forward the email to support@harrisonproducts.eu and we’ll respond on your behalf.

Our minimum order value for shipping outside the UK is €250. Our dedicated EU courier service is DHL, delivery charges will be calculated on an individual order basis. will be calculated at checkout.
Rest of European Union
We are pleased to facilitate shipping to all countries within the European Union. Standard shipping process will be under Delivery at Place (DAP) Incoterms. Alternatively contact our support team for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterm term options.
We specify Rest Of European Union countries to include the following:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
